UserTracker archives Access Control List changes and User Group Changes, specifically: role (authority) change, user added to group, user removed from group, and the user making the changes to the users account.
Due to security considerations, UserTracker cannot be used to restore its information, while it does provide access to the information to manually makes those changes using previous information as reference.
